FAQ

Wus poppin fam,

It's ya boy BlackFist. I've been answering ALOT of your e-mails and questions lately, and I'm beginning to see a few trends.

Since it looks like many of the readers are having alot of the same questions, I thought it would be a good idea to post all the answers in one place. If ya'll want this page added to the new website, just leave a comment below and let me know.

Question #1:

Where can I buy all of Noire's books?

Answer: Noire's books can be found in all major bookstores, like Borders and Barnes and Noble. Also, every book title that is linked on this Blog page (including the book collection that is listed on the right side of this page in the red underlined hyperlinked text), on the new www.AskNoire.com website,  and on Noire's Myspace links to Amazon.com, where you can order online.

Question #2:

When is the next book coming out?

If you haven't read Hittin' the Bricks, or Maneater (the collaboration with Mary B. Morrison that just dropped a few days ago), then the answer to that question is: NOW!

For those of ya'll who have already gotten through with those two and have already read the entire Noire collection (nine books strong), the question is a little harder to answer.

For now, I'll just say that Noire has been a writin fool (two books this year alone and nine total since 2005). That's an average of over two books a year, ya'll. Crazy! That being said, I won't be surprised if she slows down for the rest of the year since she's already dropped two books in 2009 before summertime

At the same time, I don't wanna put no words in her mouth either. We'll have to wait and see what happens I guess. Shit, I'm waitin for another book to drop just like ya'll, lol.

Question #3:

Is Noire coming out with any sequels? (G-Spot 2? Thong On Fire 2?)

Answer: Noire is still considering whether or not she wants to write sequels for several of her books. Lots of her readers and fans have been requesting sequels, so it's definitely a possibility. Keep your fingers crossed, and be on the lookout for a Blogger poll on this subject soon on the right side of this page.

Question #4:

What is Noire's inspiration for her books?

Answer: Noire is influenced by her real life experiences as well as by the desire to provide readers with a warning about the possible consequences of living the street life. Many of Reem Raw's songs have been inspirational to the plots of some of her stories as well.

Question #5:

Does Noire have any movies coming out?

Answer: I've been getting e-mails from dozens of readers about this topic, and the answer is YES! We're hoping to see Noire's Hittin' the Bricks the movie released on DVD by the end of this year. The anticipation for this movie is BANANAS!!! It's Noire's first movie and it's starring the homieTexas Battle (Coach Carter, Final Destination 3, Wrong Turn 2: Dead End, Dragonball Evolution, The Bold and the Beautiful), as well as Brookyln's Finest, Reem Raw

Other movie questions have been asking about a possible movie for G-Spot. Like I said about the sequels, as long as ya'll keep demanding it, it's never say never over here. Noire is always open to giving her fans the best possible products as long she can ensure that it gets done right.

Question #6:

What's going on with my special edition code for the pre-release of the dvd in the back of my Hittin' the Bricks book?

Answer: This is one of the most frequently asked questions we get. Unfortunately, Noire is just the author of the book and has no direct involvement in the movie production or the DVD release. We are both sorry to our fans and upset with the delay of its release, and will make sure that more is done for our fans in the future. For more information, you can go to the website for their official explanation here and put yourself on the mailing list to be notified when the movie gets released.

Question #7:

Are the characters in Noire's books based on real people?

Answer: All of Noire's stories have a little bit of truth to them, but at the same time Noire also draws largely from her own imagination for content. The hallmark of a great author.   ;)

Well that's all for now folks. If you have any other questions you'd like me to add to the list, let me know and we can maybe show that list on a future blog or add it as a page to the website. You are AMAZING fans, and Noire truly does love you and appreciates all of your support. Me too (still waitin for my first official piece of fanmail tho, blackfist82@gmail.com LOL!!! for real tho. holla at me, i'm tryna get a raise son!). Anyway, thanks ya'll! Have a good day out there! Breathe easy, drink a glass a water, say hi to a hater for me!

One!

BlackFist
